About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Managing and organizing office documents, records, and files
2. Coordinating meetings and appointments for senior management
3. Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and communication
4. Assisting with travel arrangements and accommodation bookings
5. Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed
6. Providing administrative support to various departments within the company
7. Assisting with HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
