About the job

We are seeking a proactive and organized admin assistant to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will handle procurement, manage office-related activities in facilities, and attend to front desk calls. Additionally, the role may involve stepping out of the office to fulfill any urgent requirements.

Key responsibilities:

1. Procurement: Source and purchase office supplies, equipment, and services while ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
2. Office facilities management: Oversee office maintenance activities, coordinate with vendors, and ensure the office environment remains clean, safe, and conducive to work.
3. Front desk assistance: Attend and manage incoming calls at the front desk, provide assistance to visitors, and redirect inquiries to relevant departments.
4. Outside errand handling: Step out of the office when necessary to handle urgent tasks or collect/drop off materials/documents.
5. Inventory management: Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
6. Vendor coordination: Liaise with external vendors and service providers for office needs and negotiate service terms where required.
7. General administrative assistance: Provide support to other departments as needed with administrative and clerical tasks.

1. Ready to work in the 2 pm-11 pm shift.

2. Experienced in facility management.

Qualifications and skills:

1. Proven experience as an admin assistant or similar role is preferred.

2. Good verbal and written communication skills.

3. Basic knowledge of procurement processes.

4. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
