1. Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally and Google Sheets.
2. Handle accounts payable and receivable.
3. Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
4. Assist with TDS and GST compliance, including calculation and return filing.
5. Prepare monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
6. Coordinate with the internal auditor and address any queries.
7. Finalize books of accounts at year-end and assist in audit processes.
Work Locations:
Client Location: Sardar Patel Technology Business Incubator (SP-TBI), Bhavan's Campus, Old D N Nagar, Munshi Nagar, Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400058.
Office Location: Office No. 4, Rahimtoola House, 4 Homji Street, near Modern Book Stall, Kala Ghoda, Fort, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400001.
Work Schedule:
5 days/week: Client's office in Andheri
1 day/week: Office in Fort, Mumbai
1. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Excel functions, especially VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP, as they are essential for handling large data sets and efficiently retrieving information.
2. Familiarity with additional Excel functions (e.g., PivotTables, IF statements, conditional formatting) is a plus.
3. Candidates should have worked on Tally Prime for accounting tasks like recording transactions, managing ledgers, generating invoices, and reconciling accounts.
