1. Issuing all invoices and follow up for outstanding payments, issuing all receipts.
2. Preparing payment vouchers, cheques & petty cash payment.
3. Salary processing, entries in tally, preparing BRS.
4. Statutory payment time to time: TDS on professional, TDS on labour & Prof. tax on salary, GST payment.
5. Cost sheets of events, program register, maintaining stock record for audit purpose.
6. F & A meeting: Agenda, drafting of minutes, follow up with the committee
7. Preparation and filling up of fixed deposits forms & investment with bank & other financials institutes.
8. MIS preparation.
9. Knowledge of all taxation matters.
10. Events: Coordination during event.
2. Minimum experience 1-3 years in the relevant field.
3. Knowledge of accounts & finance.
4. Knowledge of latest version of Tally and MS Excel with formulas.
5. Written and verbal communication in English & Hindi.
