2. Demonstrate hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally or Spectrum
3. Exhibit advanced MS Excel skills
4. Have experience with general ledger functions
5. Maintain strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
6. Hold a professional certification (a plus)
7. Prior experience in the trading industry is beneficial
