We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our finance team. Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting Software Management: Utilize and manage accounting software such as Tally, Busy, Zoho, etc., to maintain accurate financial records.
2. Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements and adherence to statutory requirements.
3. Compliance: Manage PF & ESIC compliance, ensuring all contributions and filings are completed on time.
4. TDS and GST: Prepare and file TDS and GST returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations.
5. Audit Support: Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits.
6. Financial Reporting: Prepare basic financial reports and management accounts to support business decision-making.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in accounting roles, with a strong emphasis on working with accounting software and compliance.
Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Busy, Zoho, etc.).
Strong knowledge of payroll processes, PF & ESIC compliance, TDS, and GST regulations.
Experience in assisting with audits and financial reporting.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in an office environment.
