About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on quotations, tendering, purchase orders, delivery challans (DC), and incoming/outgoing invoices.
2. Maintain incoming and outgoing ledgers.
3. Manage attendance, salary processing, and purchase and sales bills.
4. Handle monthly stock statements.
5. Update all expenses and bank statements.
6. Track turnover and on-hand stock.
7. Handle filing and paperwork.
8. Demonstrate good communication skills in writing emails.
9. Work on payment follow-ups.

Note: Accommodation with a security system and food available.
