Zonal Master Trainer For A Group Of Schools Job

Role Overview:
As a Zonal Master Trainer, you will play a critical role in building capacity and ensuring the effective delivery of training programs across your assigned zone. This role involves significant traveling within your zone to conduct training sessions and monitor program implementation.
You will be responsible for training Teachers, Zonal Coordinators (ZCs), and Vice Principals (VPs), monitoring the implementation of these training programs in schools, and identifying areas of improvement to enhance the program's overall effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery:
Conduct comprehensive training sessions for Teachers, Zonal Coordinators (ZCs) and Vice Principals (VPs).
Ensure training content is effectively communicated and aligns with organizational goals.
Program Implementation Oversight:
Visit schools to observe and evaluate the implementation of the training program in classrooms.
Guide Teachers, ZCs, and VPs on best practices for implementing training insights in classrooms and school operations.
Audit and Feedback:
Assess the effectiveness of training programs by conducting on-site audits.
Provide actionable feedback to improve teaching practices and program outcomes.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Work closely with stakeholders to align training efforts with organizational strategies.
Prepare detailed reports on training progress and implementation effectiveness

Qualifications and Experience:
Experience: 7-10 years in training, education, or program implementation.
Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to evaluate and improve training outcomes.
Analytical mindset with an eye for detail.
Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone.
