6. Foster communication between BD teams and stakeholders
7. Maintain and manage the document sharing platform for easy access to business collaterals
8. Organize and update documents to ensure accuracy
9. Train and onboard new BD team members on using the document sharing platform effectively
10. Proven experience in executing successful BD campaigns using ZOHO and related sales tools
11. Strong analytical skills for data-driven reports
12. Experience in BD process implementation and automation on ZOHO
13. ZOHO Automation/workflows, Development, and Administration expertise
14. Experience working on maximum modules of ZOHO and integrating other tools into it
