Youtube Channel Operations Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Managing day-to-day activities for our client channels
2. Growing existing & new YouTube channels via content strategy, partnerships & YouTube SEO tactics
3. Working on video content ideas and getting them implemented (various niches of finance, real estate, celebrity, news)
4. Managing voiceover artists, editors, scriptwriters & production
5. Analyzing the view count of the YouTube channel and determining steps to increase it for both new and existing uploads
6. Handling social media updates
7. Working on monetizing and revenue avenues with brand deals & partnerships
8. Researching what content is performing well on YouTube and other platforms to strategize on the content requirement
9. Building and managing partnerships and collaborating with influencers to grow the channel
10. Developing data-driven recommendations, organizing and analyzing data to form actionable plans, and creating KPIs
11. Auditing existing channels to uncover short and long-term recommendations to improve audience engagement and growth metrics

Skills & Requirements:

1. Must have experience with YouTube Studio & Google Sheets
2. Should have experience to manage day-to-day uploads on YouTube channels
3. Should have knowledge and experience in Metadata, tags, thumbnails, team coordination, and effort to promote videos on a daily basis
4. Candidates with CMS experience will be given preference
5. Able to multitask and work on a variety of projects simultaneously
6. Willingness to learn
7. Should have problem-solving skills
8. Experience using SEO/SMM tools like YouTube Analytics, VidIQ, Tube Buddy, etc.
