Title - UK Customer Service
Location - Chandigarh IT Park
Shift - 5.5 days working, Rotational 9 hours shift + Cab Facility
Salary - Up to max 32K CTC + 8-10K monthly Incentives
Shift Timings : Rotational

Qualifications and Skills

1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Customer-focused mindset with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with UK process and inbound calling is preferred.
Knowledge of logistics and BPO industry is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer service inquiries and provide support to clients.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls.
Assist customers in navigating the company's products or services.
Resolve customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of customer interactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Achieve performance targets and KPI's.
No Sales/ No Targets.
