Training And Development Associate (Software) Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Tracking Akrity Engineers' training activities and ensuring it happens at the ideal period and maintaining the data related to the same
2. Facilitating and curating training plans for engineers based on their needs
3. Have regular meetings with engineers to understand their challenges, where they need support, help them understand processes, and help them succeed in their roles
4. Nurture and in-still the learning culture at Akrity by organizing events, talks, etc. and make sure that knowledge sharing and learning is happening in fun and exciting ways
5. Research different training modules, methods, and industry best practices in training and design them to fit the organization's training needs
6. Create engaging training videos and edit them, making training documents, presentations, etc.
