1. Create a weekly schedule/ duty roaster for employees, bearing in mind upcoming holidays
2. Monitor and supervise the timely arrival of employees, with aware of unforeseen challenges such as scheduling
3. Oversee the handling of money and establish accountability by ensuring each register is properly maintained with the correct amount of cash and close out each register by end of the day
4. Establish tasks for employees to ensure a clean workplace, this includes system cleaning, stocking supplies, and maintaining a clean workplace
5. Assist with the day-to-day management of staff in relation to all aspects of the operational offices and contact center which will include developing, managing, and team monitoring, quality assessing customer-facing skills, and subsequent feedback and coaching of staff
6. Assist with the management of ticketing advisors, reporting, cash handling, the processing of credit/ debit card payments, and ensuring the cash is strictly controlled and accurately recorded
7. Ensure the daily reconciliation is being done for the offline collection (i.e. cash/ card) and handover of the cash to the nominated agency/bank without any deviation
8. Meet with the company's and client's representative
9. Interact with customers and handle their complaints
10. Maintain daily records of business transactions including ticket sales, receipt deposits, complimentary tickets, etc
11. Prepare a daily report identifying errors that occurred during the ticketing operations
Requirements:
1. Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments
2. Detailed knowledge of computerized ticketing systems, software, and MS Office
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Minimum bachelor s degree is required
5. Minimum 1 year of experience is required
