Tender Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Searching for new tenders, screening the tender documents and analyzing the eligibility to participate in the tender
2. Understanding the tender documents and preparing the synopsis and sharing with the management
3. Preparing the pre-bid queries and regular follow-ups with the concerned departments
4. Attending pre-bid meetings and visits
5. Seeking clarification on queries post submission and following up with the tender floating authorities
6. Preparing the bid documents and getting them validated by the management
7. Working on tender costing and reaching out to the final quotation estimation, including profit margins (as and when required)
8. Managing the submission of the tender document online and physically (if required)
9. Tracking the earnest money deposit (bid security) & performance bank guarantee refund
10. Recording the bid submitted status and updating the management about the same
11. Working on government tenders/RFP/GEM portal
12. Liaising with government departments
13. Maintaining database for active and submitted tenders/RFP
14. Working on publishing MIS reports for management review
