Key responsibilities:
1. Proactively reaching out to provided potential leads via calls to generate interest in Prepca's offerings
2. Conducting thorough consultations to understand the unique needs and academic goals of students
Salary:
1. CTC: 6.8 LPA
2. Fixed salary: 4.5 LPA (In-hand after deductions*: 30,042/month)
3. Variables, incentives & ESOPs: 2.3 LPA
(*Note: Deductions include taxes and other applicable deductions)

3. Proficiency in sales techniques and a deep understanding of student psychology to drive conversions effectively
4. Possess a go-getter attitude, be process-oriented, and demonstrate a hunger for achieving sales targets
5. Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and maintain composure under pressure
6. Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is advantageous
