Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers and address inbound queries
2. Understand and stay informed about product and service offerings
3. Explain company services and products to customers clearly and persuasively
4. Maintain accurate daily call records
5. Submit daily progress reports to supervisors

Requirements:

1. Minimum education of 12th grade or higher
2. 1+ years of experience as a telecaller or in a similar role
3. Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Kannada preferred
4. Basic computer literacy
5. Prior sales experience is required
