About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer outreach: Contact potential and existing customers via phone to inform them about car loan products.
2. Lead generation: Identify and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities.
3. Product knowledge: Explain car loan features, benefits, and terms to customers.
4. Customer queries: Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about loan products.
5. Documentation assistance: Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring all required documents are submitted.
6. Sales targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
7. Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with customers to build relationships and encourage repeat business.
8. Feedback collection: Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and product offerings.
