1. Make outbound calls to prospective students and provide them with information about our educational programs and services.
2. Follow up with leads through phone calls and emails to schedule appointments with our counselors.
3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with students in MS-Excel.
4. Assist in organizing and conducting virtual events and webinars to promote our services.
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify opportunities for lead generation and conversion.
6. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any queries or concerns that students may have.
7. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for student enrollment and conversion rates.
