About the job

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Telecaller Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products or services, and closing sales. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
2. Explain the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers
3. Answer customer inquiries and address their concerns
4. Persuade customers to purchase products/services by demonstrating how they meet their needs
5. Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential customers
6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and sales
7. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
8. Collaborate with team members and share best practices to improve performance
9. Provide feedback to management on customer needs, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
2. Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in a similar sales/customer service role
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
5. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
6. Strong organizational and time-management skills
7. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
8. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
