Telecaller Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on business development to identify new investors and clients
2. Prospect potential clients, analyze market trends, and intermediate negotiation processes ensuring a fair and honest deal
3. Plan monthly sales targets and execute them in the given time frame
4. Handle sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales targets
5. Note important details of each conversation
6. Communicate verbal acceptance of offers to our sales team for closing
7. Develop new business opportunities in various geographies with research, and prospects to get leads to achieving the sales target
8. Work on presentation to customers on our project
9. Manage activities pertaining to negotiating/finalization of deals
10. Handle client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly
11. Be knowledgeable of the market and all new projects
12. Manage a portfolio of listings
13. Manage a portfolio of clients, with detailed information on their requirements
14. Be a market specialist so you can advise and guide your clients

Requirements:

1. Any bachelors degree
2. Proven sales experience of 1 year (preferred)
3. Well-presented and good work ethic
4. Excellent problem-solving skills
5. Able to demonstrate strong customer service skills
6. Should possess excellent organizational skills
7. Strong negotiation and communication skills
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially email communication
9. Working knowledge of computers, such as MS Office
