Telecaller Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Initiate outbound call campaigns that target new and existing customers
2. Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
3. Collaborate with relevant internal parties to develop process improvements and optimize customer experience
4. Manage customer information using MS Excel and other internal systems
5. Assist with the resolution of customer complaints
6. Ensure that performance goals and objectives are met
7. Work on making professional outbound calls in order to promote our products and services

Required:

1. You will need to be highly motivated and possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
