About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Deliver the scripted pitch to customers and adjust it as needed for specific individuals
2. Handle outbound calls, address customer queries, and ask for feedback on their experience with our services
3. Obtain and record customer information, including names, addresses, and phone numbers, for further processing
4. Demonstrate expertise in telecalling
5. Maintain customer databases regularly and accurately
6. Call customers from databases and manage database records effectively
7. Provide basic and accurate information to customers during calls
