We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic telecaller with excellent language, communication, and computing skills to join our team. You should have excellent English and Hindi proficiency, both spoken and written, and be highly proficient in MS Excel. In this role, you will play an integral part in ensuring that our customers have a great experience with us.
Key responsibilities:
1. Contacting existing and prospective customers to inform them about Vehicle Care services
2. Assisting customers in applying for services and resolving any issues they may have
3. Acquiring complete and accurate customer data to ensure efficient service delivery
4. Documenting customer interactions in detail
5. Keeping abreast of the Vehicle Care services and any upcoming changes
6. Analyzing customer inquiries and complaints to identify underlying trends and opportunities for improvement
7. Generating reports on customer interactions and presenting them to senior management
8. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure effective customer service delivery
