Key responsibilities:

1. Handle outbound cold calling
2. Schedule training classes for the prospects
3. Work on targets
4. Maintain proper records in Excel and Google Sheets
5. Look at the customer satisfaction
6. Take post-service feedback from the clients

Requirements:

1. Basic computer knowledge in managing MS Office and Google Sheets
2. Good communication skills in English and Tamil for Chennai, English and Telugu for Hyderabad
3. Previous telemarketing experience is an added advantage
4. Need committed people for the long term, not just for 6 months
