Tele Sales Executive Job

We are a leading company in the Beauty/Cosmetics/Skincare industry, dedicated to providing exceptional products and services to our customers. We are looking for an experienced Tele Sales Executive to join our team in Nirman Vihar.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Calls: Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing clients to promote our beauty, cosmetics, and skincare products.
2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads to expand our customer base.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention.
4. Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest products and trends in the beauty industry to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
5. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
6. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities; report on progress and challenges to the sales manager.
7. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, handle objections professionally, and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in the Beauty/Cosmetics/Skincare industry. They should be Stable.
2. Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any field.
3. Gender: Female candidates preferred.

Skills:

1. Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
2. Ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Must have knowledge in MS Excel
5. Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Nirman Vihar.
