About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our customers install applications and programs
2. Troubleshoot technical issues
3. Speak to customers to quickly get to the root of their problems
4. Manage multiple cases at one time

Requirements:

1. Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
2. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
3. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
4. Candidates should be capable of handling customer queries.
5. Should have his own vehicle
6. Candidate must agree to travel nearby location
7. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
8. Excellent communication skills
9. Freshers or candidates having 0 - 6 months of experience can also apply
10. Qualification: Any graduate
