Technical Support Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
2. Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
3. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
4. Produce timely and detailed service reports
5. Work on document processes
6. Provide the support on the calls
7. Follow all company s filed procedures and protocols
8. Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organisation
9. Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
10. Build positive relationships with customers

Note: Should have good command over MS Word, MS Office & Excel. Team handling experience would be an added advantage.
