Technical Recruiter Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop an active network to create a diverse candidate pool across all relevant disciplines
2. Build and nurture a robust pipeline given projected hiring needs for the year
3. Proactively develop pools of qualified candidates in advance of need & successfully close positions within timelines
4. Provide regular updates and reports on the candidate pipeline to account managers
5. Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the open role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization and collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other People Team staff during the offer process
6. Identify and recommend salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
7. Perform other duties as assigned

3. Expert in technical role-fill strategies, LinkedIn recruiter, and other sourcing tools
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with great follow-through and follow-up practices
5. Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
6. Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
7. Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
8. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
9. Candidate must have to handle full-cycle recruitment of candidates including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and hiring by identifying and utilizing creative sourcing strategies across all roles
10. A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success

1. Shift timings: 4:00 am to 1:30 PM
2. Noida-located candidates are preferred
