Technical Recruiter Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work to achieve talent acquisition objectives by engaging candidates & clients and ensuring delivery at all stages of the recruitment process
2. Work to interact with the clients to understand their talent needs & manpower requirements (majorly IT companies and clients - Big 4, CMM 5)
3. Work to clearly understand the job responsibilities & the overall job requirements
4. Build candidate sources by researching and using media and internet sites, generating referrals and creating a potential talent database
5. Work to attract applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting candidates, using job sites & networking portals, maintaining rapport with candidates
6. Assist to determine candidate's fitment by comparing qualifications & skills to the client's job requirements, pre-screening, analyzing responses, verifying references
7. Work on scheduling the candidate interviews with the client & ensuring coordination & delivery at all stages of the evaluation process
8. Work to ensure smooth offer negotiation, acceptance & closure along with the joining of the candidate as per the client
9. Assist to update industry knowledge by participating in knowledge-sharing sessions; reading industry updates maintaining personal networks
