Team Leader Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Delegate tasks and set deadlines
2. Prepare sales reports
3. Set sales targets and motivate the sales team
4. Assist sales executives in sales strategy development
5. Keep yourself informed of new products and services
6. Use fluent speaking English and Hindi language
7. Contact potential and existing customers on the phone by email and in person
8. Find new prospects' sales leads and convert them into deals through software
9. Work on recruiting and training new sales staff, assigning specific tasks to other sales staff, and monitoring the team's sales performance
10. Solve farmers' complaints and answer customers' questions
11. Provide sales staff with constructive feedback and assist staff in solving customers' problems
12. Maintain positive customer relations
13. Motivate the sales staff and create an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff

Skills & qualifications:

1. Experience in sales is necessary
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
3. Strong leadership abilities
4. Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills
