Good experience in configuring & troubleshooting MS Outlook 2007/10/13 or Outlook Express
Resolve application problems and network problems and mail configuration through the net meeting and remote desktop sharing
Resolve tickets within the SLA which is raised from the end user side
Maintain assets through the asset management tool
Recommend new processes and procedures, equipment, and software
Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot enterprise applications hosted on Windows Server 2000/2003/200
Technical knowledge is mandatory for the role
