Supply Chain Consultant Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate and analyze Amazon (FBA) replenishment reports to evaluate inventory levels, forecast demand, and recommend effective replenishment strategies.
2. Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
3. Monitor current stock levels and determine required restocks for various products.
4. Develop and maintain restock reports to track stock levels, identify potential stockouts, and trigger timely replenishment actions. Work with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and avoid supply disruptions.
5. Manage purchase order data and track incoming shipments.
6. Analyze advertising campaign performance to assess its impact on demand and sales. Provide insights to optimize ad spend and align marketing with supply chain capabilities.
7. Utilize SKUBANA and Google Sheets to track and analyze POS data, monitor sales trends, and collaborate with sales teams to align supply with customer demand.
8. Analyze wholesale demand through SKUBANA and project sales limits based on current inventory and sales trends across other channels.
9. Collaborate with automation and logistics teams to ensure a smooth and accurate supply chain.
10. Coordinate end-to-end operations, from order planning to receiving at the warehouse.
11. Prepare and track sales forecasts, analyzing deviations from actual sales performance.
12. Compile weekly/monthly business reports and write business emails as needed.
13. Analyze trends and variances to identify opportunities for improvement and drive operational excellence.
14. Communicate improvement strategies to senior management and lead training sessions.
15. Oversee the monthly data upload process, ensuring accurate and timely data entry in supply chain systems.
16. Ensure proper documentation of all steps and procedures involved in the supply chain for consistency.
