6 years of technical expertise on Salesforce.com, using Force.com Apex, Visual Force, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and Ant, and using these tools with Salesforce.com.
At least 1 year of experience in Salesforce LWC (Lightning Web Components)
Hands-on experience with customization (Apex Triggers, Classes & Visual Force)
Strong with configuration, customization, programming with Apex APIs, Apex Triggers, Workflows with actions, Approval Processes, Reports & Dashboards
Familiarity with Salesforce.com's best practices, support mechanisms, procedures, and limitations is required.
Plans, designs, develops and maintains multiple complex salesforce implementations. Responsible for relationship and quality of offshore programming efforts
Collaborate across multiple scrum teams; Follow development, testing, and deployment practices that are leading edge on the Salesforce platform.
Analyzes problems, conducts root cause analysis, helps resolve problems using defined problem management procedures, and helps support and maintain customer applications.
Experience with at least full life cycle implementations on Salesforce.com with 500+ user licenses.
Ability to work independently on assignments.
Strong knowledge of Agile Software development methodologies, design, and architectural patterns
Work closely with QA to review test plans and test cases and ensure the quality of the team's deliverables.
