We are seeking an experienced and dynamic 'Spoken English Trainer' to join our training & development team. If you have a knack for inspiring learners and bringing impact to their lives, this opportunity is ideal for you. This role requires a passion for training, excellent communication skills, and the ability to customize training programs to meet the unique needs of each learner.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct engaging and interactive communication and leadership development sessions for mid and senior working professionals of various proficiency levels.
2. Create personalized lesson plans to cater to the individual needs and learning styles of each learner.
3. Collaborate with the curriculum development team to create and update training materials.
4. Organize and facilitate group activities and discussions to enhance communication skills.
5. Monitor student progress, track their improvement, and provide constructive feedback.
6. Act as a mentor and guide for learners, offering support and encouragement throughout the program.
7. Stay updated on the latest adult training methods and techniques to continuously improve the quality of instruction.
1. A bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, HR, business, or a related field would be preferable.
2. Certifications in NLP coaching, CELTA, Leadership Development or similar fields will add value to your application.
