Social Media Co-ordinator Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
2. Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
3. Influence the broader content strategy of the business collaborating closely with internal creative teams
4. Tracking social media metrics
5. Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
6. Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
7. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
8. Oversee social media accounts design (e.g.Instagram posts & content)
9. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
10. Analysing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build community online
11. Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
12. Conceptualising campaigns for projects and initiatives through content on various social media platforms
