Key responsibilities:

1. Schedule and arrange appointments with the customers/clients.
2. Coordinate between the customers & garage.
3. Ensure timely delivery of the vehicle and bills sent to the customer.
4. Plan existing and new customer acquisition.
5. Plan to improve market share and overall customer satisfaction.
6. Manage customer complaints.
7. Implement processes for cost control.
8. Receive and create job orders.
9. Keep check on quality and make preparations for vehicle delivery.
