Senior UI/UX Designer Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Utilize expertise in Figma and an advanced understanding of UI/UX to create high-quality designs and prototypes
2. Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all digital products
3. Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to translate requirements into user-friendly design solutions
4. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
5. Manage a small team of 2-5 designers, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in design or related field
2. 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
3. Expertise in Figma and a strong understanding of design systems
4. Previous experience working in B2B startups is preferred
5. Experience managing a team is a plus
6. Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
