Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement solutions for Work Order and Case Management processes.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using APIs, middleware, or other integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft).
Optimize Salesforce deployments for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases and features to recommend enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Salesforce Experience: Hands-on experience with various Salesforce modules, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Field Service.
Development Expertise: Strong skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
Case Management & Work Orders: In-depth understanding and implementation experience with Case Management and Work Order workflows.
