Senior Recruiter Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify staffing requirements of the organization, forecasting and planning the hiring
2. Acquire potential candidates through various online and offline channels
3. Screen job applications and conduct preliminary interviews using reliable tools
4. Schedule final interviews and ensure follow-up till final joining
5. Coordinate with the interviewing panel and keep track of the applicant's progress
6. Ensure timely offer roll-out by conducting salary negotiations and offer finalization with selected candidates
7. Conduct joining formalities and proper documentation of selected candidates
8. Form a professional rapport with past applicants and potential candidates to maintain a positive candidate experience
9. Develop a strong pipeline of high-caliber talent for all current and anticipated demands candidate profile specifically

Other requirements:

1. Excellent academic record with 80% or more in at least one board examination or higher
2. Experience should not be more than 3 years
3. Undergraduate and Post-graduate (if applicable) from NIRF-ranked campus
4. Knowledge of full life-cycle recruiting components, including effective sourcing, behavioral & motivation-based interviewing, salary trends, negotiation, and relationship management
5. Great interpersonal, and communication skills and stakeholder management to facilitate smooth interactions
