Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad. As a Senior position, this full-time role demands extensive expertise in quality assurance and automated testing with a work experience range of 8 to 10 years. The role involves ensuring high-quality software delivery through the implementation and maintenance of automated testing frameworks.

Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 8 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on automation testing.
Extensive experience with Selenium (Mandatory skill) for automating web application testing.
Proficiency in Java (Mandatory skill) for test script development and execution.
Experience with Intellij (Mandatory skill) integrated development environment for automation test projects.
Strong understanding of Docker for creating, deploying, and managing containers within testing environments.
Familiarity with Testrail or similar test management tools to organize and track testing activities.
Experience with Virtual Machines for setting up and managing test environments and executions.
Excellent problem-solving skills with strong analytical capabilities for troubleshooting and optimizing test results.

Roles and Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using Selenium and Java.
Collaborate with development teams to identify software defects and ensure high-quality releases.
Lead and mentor junior QA automation engineers, providing guidance and expertise.
Create test plans, reports, and documentation to communicate test progress and outcomes effectively.
Integrate automated testing into continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
Identify improvements in testing processes and contribute to refined testing strategies.
Monitor the software development lifecycle to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
