We seek an innovative senior marketing associate to promote our company's brand and services. You will be responsible for managing the marketing department's workforce, optimizing our marketing strategy, and creating forecasts. You will require an in-depth understanding of marketing strategies and the capacity to recognize potential customers to succeed. An exceptional candidate will be one whose abilities result in raised brand recognition and revenue.
Responsibilities:
1. Evaluating and optimizing marketing & pricing strategies
2. Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts
3. Working on increasing brand awareness
4. Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, operations, public relations and quality departments
5. Overseeing & executing branding, advertising and promotional campaigns
6. Preparing and presenting weekly reports to senior management
7. Promoting our brand at events
8. Staying updated with new marketing strategies and trends
Requirements:
1. A bachelor's degree in management, marketing, media, business administration or a similar field
2. At least one year's experience as a marketing professional
3. Knowledge of marketing strategies, channels and branding
4. Superb leadership, communication and collaboration abilities
5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Strong time management and organizational abilities
