We are looking for artistic, detail-oriented candidates with good communication skills for the position of an interior designer. The interior designer's key responsibilities include visualizing and sketching design plans as per client goals, and sourcing.
Key responsibilities:
1. Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings
2. Analyze the drawing plans and floor plans
3. Work with the Architects on conceptual designs, presentations, design development
4. Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions
5. Assist in planning, making adaptations and modifications to complete the working drawings
6. Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs
7. Make high professional 3D Render Views for residential projects
Required:
1. Expert in 3dsmax /Revit and rendering software
2. Great ability to work with clients from different backgrounds
3. Ability to present creative designs and communicate our point of view
4. Display of multiple-tasking ability accompanied by sound judgment
5. Dexterity to prioritize and manage tasks against deadlines and other metrics
6. High level of organization and attention to detail
7. Modeling: AUTOCAD 3dsMax, Revit
8. Rendering: Vray/Corona/Enscape or any 3D render software is a must
8. Understanding of Virtual Reality tools
9. Microsoft Office
10. Experience: Minimum 1-2 year in residential designs
11. Aptitude to learn new concepts quickly and accept new challenges
12. Bachelor of architecture and/or degree in detailed Interior designing courses
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 4,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 85%
2. Variable component: 15%
