Key responsibilities:

1. Generate reports to analyze business performance across functions on a periodic basis ensuring adherence to quality and accuracy
2. Utilize knowledge of dashboards and automation processes to cater to reporting requirements from operations and other teams
3. Troubleshoot and validate various data requests using SQL
4. Document the reporting process to ensure backup and consistency
5. Ensure periodic and accurate collection and updation of data

4. Hands-on experience with MS Excel (advanced level), Macros, MS Access, and the ability to write SQL queries (value-added)
