Sales Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Acquire targeted business clients by actively optimizing pipelines and sourcing new leads until they are engaged
2. Generate B2B and B2C leads with a strong knack for sales
3. Aggressively drive sales and generate new revenue
4. Maintain relationships with existing clients
5. Achieve forecasted sales goals
6. Plan and execute sales activities to ensure sales growth objectives
7. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Must Have:

1. Minimum 4-6 years of experience in B2B and B2C sales, preferably in Edtech or E-commerce sales
2. Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
3. Strong negotiation and networking skills
4. Entrepreneurial mindset, tremendous drive, ownership, hands-on, and result-oriented
5. Ability to identify opportunities and recommend/influence changes to increase the effectiveness and success of sales campaigns
