Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Manager role located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and building and maintaining relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Sales Planning skills.
Experience in managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring that sales quotas are met.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience in the Retail Industry is a plus.
Qualification
