Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
Manage and lead the sales team to maximize performance and efficiency
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment in sales strategies
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
Monitor and report on sales metrics to track progress and performance
Generating client leads to sell.
Managing and providing leadership, training, and coaching.
Recruiting agents to the brokerage to increase size and sales.
Assisting in negotiations.
Responding to agent questions on contracts, negotiations, strategies, and goal planning.
Teaching weekly training classes (live or virtual).
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Hiring and training staff.
Planning and directing sales team training.
Working on sales scripts with the team.
Meeting with clients and maintaining client relationships.
Tracking, collecting, and interpreting sales figures and reporting.
Ensuring every member of the sales team has the necessary resources to perform properly.
