Key responsibilities:

1. Work on handling student inquiries
2. Generate appointments to potential candidates planning for overseas education
3. Explain the entire process and get students to enroll
4. Follow up with the candidates post-enrolment and resolve all queries
5. Work on handling inquiries through calls, social media, and website and converting them to admissions
6. Work on the achievement of the individual and team targets

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills and convincing power
2. Should be fluent in English, local language knowledge is preferred, but not mandatory
3. Clear diction and clarity in speech
4. Good at basic computer knowledge
5. Good convincing and negotiation skills
6. Experience in educational counseling is preferred (people with call centre background preferred)
7. Should be a team player
