7. Reporting: prepare regular reports on customer interactions, sales activities, and key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification
2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service and sales, preferably in the automotive or car care industry
3. Excellent communication skills: strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and convey information about our services
4. Customer focus: demonstrated ability to prioritize customer needs, provide exceptional service, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
5. Sales skills: basic understanding of sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
6. Problem-solving abilities: strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
7. Tech savvy: proficient in using CRM systems, email, and other relevant software applications
8. Positive attitude: self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic approach to work, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
9. Flexibility: willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per company requirements
