All our industrial Castors are available in a wide variety of wheel types and range in load capacity from 20kg to 2000 kg per Castor. Castors are typically used across many industries, institutions, facilities, and even in households, castor wheels can be found on everything from shopping carts and hospital beds to office chairs and trolleys.

About the job
Our company is hiring a candidate for dealer sales with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

Key responsibilities:

1. Achieve targeted growth by reaching out to potential dealers across the country
2. Build strong relationships and align dealers with company growth targets
3. Cross Sell/Up-sell existing products to dealers
4. Stay in regular touch with dealers and visit dealers on a regular basis
5. Ensure that all dealers are up-to-date with our range of products and have access to our price lists
6. Monitor closely buying patterns and ensure that there is no degradation due to issues like a slow response, price mismatch, poor service, packaging, etc.
7. Keep a keen eye on trends in terms of competitors' products, prices, and information provided by customers and ensure appropriate speedy action to correct course to ensure business growth
8. Undertake market research with existing and potential dealers to update management on new product range additions
9. Report to Sr Executive on tasks allocated
10. Ensure that orders are taken regularly and processed on time to ensure customer satisfaction
11. Ensure that payment follow-ups are done in a timely and professional manner to maintain the credit period of dealers
