Sales Engagement Representative Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Prospecting and outreach: Executing prospecting skills to connect with potential customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and social media. This includes using email templates and delivery platforms to conduct outreach cadences.
2. Customer relationship building: Fostering meaningful connections with both potential and existing customers to enhance relationships and drive sales engagement.
3. Lead generation and qualification: Generating, communicating, qualifying, and distributing sales leads to the sales team. Ensuring that these leads are documented and tracked effectively.
4. Customer service and support: Providing effective customer service by using knowledge of company products and services to address customer needs and resolve any issues or problems they may have.
5. Collaboration with sales team: Working closely with other members of the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination in addressing customer needs and closing sales.
